VPIS Annual Independence Day Readings - VIRTUAL

VPIS has sponsored and organized a reading of our founding documents for over 35 years on the 4th of July.

The 2020 reading will be held at noon on Saturday, July 4th as a VIRTUAL event due to Covid-19 precautions.

Everyone is welcome to attend and help us read!

During the event citizens take turns reading these documents:

Fairfax Resolves

Virginia Declaration of Rights

Bill of Rights

Declaration of Independence

Emancipation Proclamation

Pledge of Allegiance
