DM’s Power Sculpt Teacher Training will challenge you to push yourself to new limits and take your teaching to an entirely new level. We invite you to step out of your comfort zone, discover your power and challenge yourself and your students in ways you never have before!

In this training you will:
• Review the human skeleton and its major muscle groups.
• Learn Baptiste Flow of Sun Salutation A & B.
• Learn how to effectively cue exercises and transitions.
• Learn to challenge your students to stay engaged and motivated!
• Build safe, dynamic and effective sequences that combine yoga, cardio and weights to torch calories!
• Create effective and motivating music sequences!
• Teach breath and flow as a way to maintain the body, mind and spirit connection.
• Learn how to modify for injuries.
• Practice Teaching and receive live feedback.
• Learn how to connect with students in ways that will keep them coming back!
• Graduate ready to teach a Power Sculpt Class at DM!
