Front Desk Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator

Purple Plum Dentistry is a modern, boutique general and cosmetic dental practice in Falls Church, VA focused on comprehensive patient care, cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics, and an elevated patient experience.

We are looking for a polished, energetic, and experienced Patient Experience & Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling and questions
• Coordinate patient appointments efficiently
• Present treatment plans and discuss financial options
• Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage clearly
• Help support cosmetic and comprehensive treatment acceptance
• Maintain accurate patient records and communication
• Coordinate patient follow-up and recall
• Help create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
• Support office efficiency and schedule flow
• Work collaboratively with doctors and team members

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of dental front desk, treatment coordinator, or patient coordinator experience required
• Strong understanding of dental insurance and scheduling
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Experience with Eaglesoft or similar dental software preferred
