Position Overview
We are seeking motivated Commission-Based Sales Representatives to help expand Breadfruit Academy’s reach. Your focus will be on building partnerships with food businesses (restaurants, cafes, catering companies, facilities) and enrolling students into our training programs. This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential — ideal for self-starters who are passionate about food, education, and community growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential partner facilities (restaurants, cafes, catering companies, food businesses).

  • Present Breadfruit Academy’s training programs to employers, partners, and prospective students.

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Achieve partnership and enrollment goals.

  • Provide feedback to leadership to help refine our offerings and outreach.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (preferred).

  • Interest or background in the culinary, hospitality, or education industry is a plus.

Compensation
This position is 100% commission-based. Earnings are directly tied to the number of partnerships secured and students enrolled.
