Ruvi Makuni, a Certfied Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach, will be conducting a fun interactive workshop highlighting convenient options to incorporate effective physical activity throughout the workday. Discover how you can sneak in a variety of simple aerobic, strength, and stretching exercises in between conference calls, during meetings, using a desk or even in the break room!
