Unity Club New Chair Drive: Donate and Enter Raffle to Win Flat-Screen TV!
Help the Unity Club, a charity and 25-year-old Falls Church City part of the community, replace its chairs with a minimum $29 donation and you’ll be entered into a Sept. 7, 2012 drawing to win a Sharp, 32”, LCD, HDTV, flat-screen television. And you, your family or friends who attend Unity Club 12-step recovery programs or public events can be assured of a place to rest your bod.
Much of the day and night, every day, the Unity Club’s doors are open to the public to meet and support one another or participate in numerous 12-step recovery programs. More than 12,000 visit each month and the programs are credited with helping numerous people with addictions and facing emotional challenges get better. During the annual City of Falls Church New Year’s Eve and throughout the year, the Unity Club holds well-attended, fun events for the public which weave in area businesses particularly when attendees add dinner or shopping before or after. And the Club feeds several hundred people from the City and environs on both Thanksgiving and Christmas.
