Description
Joining us in the Alcove Gallery on the second floor this month is award winning artist Donna Byrne. She has been in 27 exhibits since 2000, and works primarily with acrylic on canvas. She often paints pieces in a series/collection and is currently working on what she calls her “Floral Abstractions” and “Looking In” series’. Much of her inspiration comes from abstract expressionist artists, in particular the work of Wassily Kandinsky, Mark Rothko and Paul Klee. Donna and her artwork are featured in the May/June 2012 issue of ViVa Tyson’s magazine. Stop by and visit to see Donna's exhibit of selected paintings. FREE, open to the public.
