Jared Soares, Virginia Dream’s Head Photographer, was awarded Second Prize in the National Portrait Gallery’s 2025 Outwin Boochever Portrait Competition. His work depicts the portrait of a man who was misidentified by the Maryland Transit Administration’s facial recognition software for a crime he did not commit. Virginia Dream FC To Play Carolina Core In U.S. Open Cup! Virginia Dream FC will face Carolina Core in the first round of the Lamar Hunt US Open Cup. Carolina Core FC competes in the MLS NEXT PRO League. The match will take place at Truist Point in High Point, NC on Thursday, March 19th @6pm.
