Hands-On Cooking Class with Chef Doug Cooperman
As the orange blossoms that line the streets in Seville begin to intoxicate, so begins a week of merriment during the Feria in Seville. It is a time of celebration of Spanish cuisine, Flamenco music and dance, great wines, and a culture that has always been faithful in relying on what our Earth produces. In this hands-on cooking class we will explore the magical Spring tradition of Feria and the foods that make it an epicenter of community gathering while enjoying the region’s best tapas and one glass of Sangria.
